Customer data is stored primarily in Sweden (EU) using cloud infrastructure:

  • Database and storage: AWS eu-north-1 region (Stockholm, Sweden)
  • Application hosting: Global CDN with primary processing in EU/US

We do not transfer customer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) except as necessary for service delivery through our certified cloud providers.

Data Retention

We retain customer data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Upon termination of a customer relationship, we will delete or return customer data in accordance with our service agreements and applicable law.
